FC Basel Media Chief Simon Walter provides an update on the reconstruction works at St. Jakob-Park. Two months after the fire in the dressing room, there is still no clarity on the return to the home dressing room. The FCB currently uses the former guest dressing room. The affected areas are being cleaned and disposed of with the help of specialized companies. The home dressing room can no longer be saved, as Tract A is completely destroyed and must be rebuilt to the ground. There will also be architectural changes. The FCB expects it to take until the end of the year to have two completely separate areas again. The championship start cannot take place in the old rooms.
